Employing regular self-care practices can help manage stress, boost immunity, and increase job satisfaction. In this session, you will learn to identify activities and routines that support your wellbeing on both a personal and professional level, practice self-care techniques you can use daily and develop a long-term self-care plan. Spaces are limited to the first 30 participants per session due to supply amounts.
